When do SnackFever Boxes ship? How long does it take?

We ship in 3 waves: Wave 1 - Orders/renewals placed before the 10th (midnight PT), we ship on the 13th of every month. Wave 2 - Orders/renewals placed between the 11th and 20th, we ship on the 23rd. Wave 3 - Orders/renewals placed between the 21st and 31st (or last day), we ship on the 3rd of the following month. We ship directly from Korea so delivery times will vary depending on the country, but usually, takes around 1~4 weeks. Due to delays with customs, extreme weather, and other delays, we kindly ask you to wait 6 weeks until you inquire about the delivery of the boxes after you receive your tracking email. The average delivery time is 7~10 business days to the US and other countries where there are frequent daily flights from Korea (or has an efficient postal service).

Can I buy a one-time box?

Yes, you can! If you just want one box, go to Our Boxes -> One-time Shop.

How do I pause/skip my subscription?

To pause/skip your subscription, simply go to "My Account" -> "Subscription" -> "Edit" -> "Skip Renewal". Please note, this skips one renewal only. If you signed up for a month-to-month subscription, it will skip one box, if you signed up to a 3-month plan, then it will skip 3 boxes. If you would like to pause indefinitely, simply cancel the subscription ("My Account" -> "Subscription" -> "Edit" -> "Cancel subscription") and reactivate it when you're ready to come back.

When do I get billed?

The first payment will be billed immediately. Your plan will automatically renew (unless it's a gift subscription plan or a one-time box) on the anniversary date following the last delivery of your current plan (do not worry, you can cancel the upcoming renewal at any time). You can find your next renewal date under "Subscriptions" on your account dashboard.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go! But if you must cancel, here's how and you can do it anytime:

  • Log into your SnackFever account.
  • Click on "Subscriptions".
  • Select "Edit" -> "Cancel subscription".

Please note, you must cancel before your next renewal. If you cancel a subscription after a payment has been processed, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for. So please make sure to cancel before the next renewal date for your subscription plan. You can find your next renewal date under "Subscriptions" on your account dashboard.
